Chef & Owner Biography
For over ten years I have been a dedicated professional in the culinary arts. After Graduating from the Culinary Institute of America. I have worked at some of the top restaurants in the California Bay Area; such as: Sekoya, Chez T.J, Quince, Wayfare Tavern, Tosca Cafe. Food has been my passion since I was a teen. Creating beautiful and delicious food has always been at the forefront of that passion.
Big holiday meals with family in the country were one of the sparks that got me into cooking. One of my first memories was my Grandmother’s gumbo during a Christmas is Mississippi as a youngster.
It's with this Knowledge and Passion that I am very happy to bring Just. Hospitality Catering to SF. Bay Area.
